CASA LA BIZNAGUITA
Casa La Biznaguita is a lovely spacious and well-equipped house at walking distance from the beach in Benajarafe, perhaps one of the last coastal towns on the Costa del Sol that is not dotted with high-rise buildings and yet has everything to offer for a wonderful holiday.
Of course, there is the beautiful beach, not yet overrun by tourists, with cosy beach restaurants. In Benajarafe itself there are shops, restaurants, a very well-known bakery, a supermarket and even a doctor's surgery, but all on a normal scale and so no mass tourism.
It really is a lovely coastal town and there is good public transport to Malaga or any other direction you want to go...so if you want to leave the car by the wayside for a while during your holiday, this is a great place to do so.
Casa Biznaguita is in a very quiet agglomeration at walking distance (400m) from the beach and shops and restaurants. The agglomeration's private pool is just opposite the house, and is free to use by our guests. It is usually not too crowded there. There is plenty of parking close to the casa.
The house itself is wonderfully bright and spacious, and has a patio and 2 very large terraces. One terrace, with BBQ, dining table and chairs and sun loungers, is accessible from the dining room.
On the roof terrace, you can enjoy the sea views from a cosy lounge set, and on the other side you have a beautiful view of the picturesque mountains. It is a lovely place to watch the sun give way to the moon while enjoying a nice drink.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin). There is a second bathroom with bidet, toilet, sink and bath/shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is excellently equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob, hood and everything you need to prepare a nice meal.
Next to the kitchen is a nice patio with table and chairs, a nice place to read a book or play a game.
The lounge/dining room is spacious, comfortable and has a fireplace so our winter guests can get cosy on colder evenings. There is a good television with Chromecast and there is natural light through the large windows.
The house has a washing machine, air conditioning (we give 28 hours of usage as a gift, if you consume more you can pay for it with coins on a 'pay as you use' basis), good WIFi, and all bed, bath, and kitchen linen is provided by us.
Our guests can use a beach package for free. It includes 3 beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and beach towels.

"We spent the most wonderful month here in July 2024. The house was exceptional: clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. It really felt like a home away from home. The hosts provided everything we could possibly need. Carlos met us at the house and gave us an excellent tour of the house. He was also very quick and efficient in answering our questions or solving problems. The house had two paved areas outside where my two children, ages 7 and 3, could play safely. The community pool was across the street. The neighbourhood is quiet, the residents were incredibly friendly. Benajarafe is a 6 minute walk from the house. Local supermarket, butchers, restaurants, cafes, beach and playgrounds. The sports complex was great, my son was warmly welcomed by local boys and girls to play football. The Alsa bus stops in Benajarafe, you can book via their app or pay cash on the bus. The Mercadona supermarket offers online ordering and home delivery via their website. Everything was perfect, I have no suggestions for improvement. We love your home and thank you for sharing it with us."
