Rinconcito de Conchi is a cosy, pet-friendly home(4p) in the heart of Periana, this picturesque village is the perfect base for exploring the true essence of Andalucía.
In the charming whitewashed village of Periana, awaits a charming house in the heart of the old town, El Rinconcito de Conchi.
Peacefully situated within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries, this home is a haven for those looking to experience authentic Spanish life.
This casita has been lovingly decorated by Antonio and Inke to welcome guests who appreciate cosy originality and have a love for life in a typical Andalusian village and its indescribably beautiful natural surroundings.
Step into an original and bright ground floor, adorned with beautiful tiles and typical elements. The living room is harmoniously integrated with an open kitchen, equipped with modern conveniences such as an induction cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
A comfortable lounge with a smart TV and chaise longues invites you to relax, while a charming patio (a nice seating area at the end of a wonderful holiday day) invites you to have a delicious aperitif. A bathroom with bathtub/shower and a laundry room with washing machine add practical amenities.
Ascend to the first floor to find a room with a double bed and wardrobe, along with another room with two single beds (convertible into a double) and its own wardrobe. We offer our guests a restful and comfortable sleep.
A balcony with chairs offers a place to enjoy the fresh air, while a small lounge in the hallway can serve as a reading corner. On this floor there is a separate toilet.
This house warmly welcomes your animal friends (we even provide feeding bowls and a bed), and safety barriers on the stairs ensure a homely atmosphere. Although not a luxury retreat, it promises an immersive experience in the typical Spanish lifestyle.
Periana is surrounded by nature, with spectacular mountains to the north and the beautiful Lake Viñuela to the south, making it a paradise for hikers and cyclists.
Explore the rich history with nearby prehistoric settlements such as Periana Cerro de Capellanía, El Fuerte, Llano de la Matanza, Rio Seco and Cerro Alcolea. Two kilometres to the north, the Baños de Vilo, with its restored Moorish baths, offer a unique touch of medicinal relief and revitalisation to add a therapeutic dimension to your stay.
All of Andalucía's tourist attractions are easy to visit on a day trip, and if you fancy a day at the seaside, the multi-award winning beach at Torre del Mar is just 40 km away.
For hiking enthusiasts, the Gran Senda de Málaga passes by our house and the beautiful El Sentillo hiking route, which is not yet a very touristy route, with hanging bridges and waterfalls, starts 25 km from our house, a real discovery! (And to make things easier for you, we can provide backpacks and Nordic walking poles on request, which you can use for a small fee).
