VILLA LA PENDOLERA
Come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday in Villa La Pendolera, a beautiful and very cosy holiday villa with pool near Comares, perhaps the most beautiful village of the Axarquia, voted 'Pueblo Magico' d'España.
The new owners Karin and Ralf, have made this well known and popular holiday home even more beautiful with larger beds, new furniture, more modern accents and completely new kitchen accessories.
La Pendolera has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with large walk-in shower and the other with bathtub/shower), a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and smart TV.A washing machine is at our guests' disposal and there is free WIFI throughout the house.
All windows have fly-screen and shutters. There is air conditioning on a 'pay as you use' basis.
Cooking can be done in a beautiful American open kitchen with large dining table and chairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer combo, hood, dishwasher and all utensils.
The favourite spot of most guests however is the outdoor area with swimming pool and covered dining area with BBQ. The mild climate and the covered terrace ensure that you can enjoy the outdoors practically all year round. There is outdoor furniture, sun loungers and parasols.
The whole house is walled and thus child- and pet-friendly and there is outdoor lighting. The garden offers complete privacy.
There is a lockable parking space for 2 cars.
Pets can be allowed but only after consultation.
