TORRE DEL MAR is a popular summer destination for Spaniards and European winter visitors. There is a large beach divided into different sectors so that everyone can choose their preferred beach day. There is, among others, a children's beach, a reading beach, a seniors' beach, a music beach, etc.
A beautiful promenade leads you to Caleta de Velez, and along the way, you can stop at one of the many charming beach restaurants, called chiringuitos. Here, they serve freshly caught fish, caught that same morning in Caleta. And what about after eating... a delightful siesta on the beach?
You can rent bikes, go for a walk, or simply enjoy 'Il dolce far niente'.
