Caminito del Rey

THE CAMINITO DE REY, starting in Ardales, offers hikers the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views of the gorges of the Gaitanes with walkways and suspension bridges hanging 100 meters above the river. The path ends in El Chorro, where hikers are brought back to the parking lot in Ardales by bus. It is important to note that due to the popularity of this route, it is necessary to reserve tickets online in advance. Additionally, it is wise to wear appropriate footwear and bring enough water. The route is 8 km long, and it takes about 4 hours to walk it. You can order regular tickets or tickets for a guided visit. Keep in mind that in windy conditions, the Caminito closes for safety reasons. In that case, you will not be refunded, but you can reuse your tickets at another time.
